drrock77
Hi all, I was wondering if there is anyway to control the order/sequence of search results. I have a very large collection of files and contacts for work. Ideally, I could indicate that folders appear first, then files, then contacts, etc. Is there anyway to control the order in which results are passed back? If not, any way to quickly filter results to see folders only? Thanks. Link to comment

Make a file filter and drag a folder into the 'File Types' area (you'll see 'public.folder' appear). Give it whatever keyword you want Link to comment

I was able to add the File Types as you suggested. I am not sure how to edit the keyword or remove. Ultimately, the workflow suggestion approach worked better. Any idea how to remove the file type that I added here? Link to comment
