James
I have a few different workflows that display notification output, however, all the notification has alfred icon and I was wondering if there's a way to change that icon. For example, I have a BreakTime and Caffeine Control workflow that displays notification and I would like to change the alfred icon into the respective app icons in the notification. Is this possible? (I use default notification centre, not growl) Edited April 5, 2013 by James Link to comment
jdfwarrior
This isn't possible with Alfred. The only way this would be accomplished is either to use Growl or potentially use so other external application/script that creates Notification Center notifications for you. Link to comment

Tyler Eich
oh that's too bad thanks for the reply! As of OS X Mavericks, notifications can include an extra icon. Alfred 2.1.1 includes the workflow's icon in the notification (if you keep that setting checked in the Advanced preferences). The workflow cannot control what icon is sent through scripting, though.
