Alfred 5 cannot sync preferences to Dropbox > Apps folder

Recommended Posts

Hello. I recently upgraded from an Intel MacBook to a Silicon one and re-built my system from a clean HD.

When I installed Alfred 5 again, I attempted to sync my preferences to the Dropbox > Apps > Alfred folder that I've used in the past, but the entire Dropbox > Apps folder is grayed out when I select "Set preferences folder..."

Other Dropbox folders are not grayed out, and the Apps folder is not grayed out in any other application or in the Finder. All Alfred's requested permissions have been enabled.

Does anyone know what's happening and how to fix? Thanks.
