Type "syn" and your word to search woxikon.de for Synonyms (german).

 

It performs basic web search. If anyone knows how to get the results to show up in directly in Alfred, let me know .

Nice workflow. I just had a look at woxikon and it seems they don't have a public API (at least I didn't found one). I.e. I can not think of any other good solution to display the results in alfred. But still a nice idea

Maybe http://www.openthesaurus.de could work with results in alfred. It has a public API.

Never mind, but you could just use a custom web search for that task.
