Editvations
Hi, all! This feels like such a basic thing, but how to I have Alfred press a hot key in a workflow? For clarity, I'm not talking about for triggering the workflow but as an action. For that matter, is there a typing or pasting option for text? Thank so much, William Link to comment
Editvations
So far, the only way I've figure out how to do it is by using AppleScript. Is there a built-in way I'm not seeing like how Keyboard Maestro does it? Link to comment

This is working well except for one small issue: an extra space keeps being put in. What I'm trying to do is have a snippet where someone writes a word and they get a notification that explains if there's a better word to use. For example, someone might be writing an article and use "caretaker" and an alert appears that explains that "caregiver" is the more commonly used term in the medical profession. I have Snippet as a trigger, Copy to Clipboard to replace "caretaker" since it's being deleted, and Post Notification. For some reason, I'm getting a space before "caretaker." It would be easier if the snippet input wouldn't delete the word, but I don't see an option to stop that. I've included an image to show the workflow. Thanks, William. Link to comment
vitor
Please share your workflow (transfer.sh is good temporary storage) so it can be properly looked at. Link to comment
