How to launch alfred preference with a launch app shortcut?

I want to assign a single hotkey on my keyboard to opening the alfred preferences as i'm always messing with my workflows. How can i do this?

Link your hotkey to an Open URL action containing alfredpreferences://navigateto/workflows.

I did think of suggesting that (it's what I always use these days) but as Textdriven implied that he might want to go direct to Workflows I suggested the alternative. The difference, of course, is that while the shortcut will open Alfred's preferences it will go to the pane in last used in preferences.
