  1. Ah ok. I understand now. It is a universal action. Got it!
  2. https://www.alfredapp.com/help/features/file-search/#recent-docs When i try this on any of my apps including Preview pressing the right arrow just drills into the folder. Even it i just of the setting to navigate into folders with arrow keys.
  3. Am i missing something? I type cp and hit enter. Nothing appears. 4. Just to add to my above message Alfred: 5.5 [2257] Workflow: 2023.5 MacOS: 14.4.1 Seems like you can set a label for timers too in the clock app. That would be a great feature to have.
  5. Great workflow. Sadly it doesn't pass the label it seems. I definitely set one. 6. Love the workflow! I have a question about how to add some custom prompts on text selected with universal text actions. What is the best way to do this? Basically to setup some universal actions that pre-append a command like "summarise this" or "break this into tasks" above the select text before it is submitted? Is there an easy way to do this?
  7. Love this workflow. Just one correction. The default action should say "Add an RSS feed" not and.
  8. I often find myself wanting to move a bunch of files quickly to a subfolder that hasn't been made yet and it would be amazing if i could perform the whole action in one go with alfred when i use the "Move To..." or "Copy To..." functions. I would like to just be able to continue typing on top of the path of existing directories i choose to create as many sub folders deep as I want. I imagine it functioning like mkdir -p does in terminal. mkdir -p /path/to/my/deep/sub/folder Obviously when you hit return it would make those folders and also complete your copy or move operation. I feel the feature could be an option we could turn on or off in default alfred preferences. It would make alfred and amazing quick and powerful way to organise your filing system. BTW: I am aware there are workflows that exist to make folders but there only many single folders and don't chain on top of the "Move To..." or "Copy To..." functions like i'm suggesting.
  9. Those are ok but not as fast as if I could just type multiple directories on top of an existing. I thinking of something that functions like mkdir -p /path/to/my/deep/sub/folder Where you can give it multiple extra directories and it will make all of those that don't exist. I feel it could be an option we could turn on in default alfred. It would make alfred and amazing quick way to organise your filing system.
  10. It's often the case that I want to move some files but I haven't yet made the folder structure that it should go inside. It would be so much faster if I could just type this onto the depth of folder that I will get into. So for example I choose to Move To... command and I'm able to search and then reach my projects folder but I don't just want to put them there I want to put them inside another folder that doesn't exist yet. If I could just type the name of that folder on top of the path I'm already at and hit return that would be super fast and efficient. Even better if you can just keep creating nested folders by adding slashes.
  11. Anyone tried this one: https://github.com/dansteeves68/alfred-snippets-from-csv Seems to work with Alfred 5
  12. It seems after a recent Google Drive app update (or maybe even macOS) the path to my drives have changed to... /Users/username/Library/CloudStorage/GoogleDrive-mygoogleemail@gmail.com There is nothing at /Volumes/GoogleDrive/ anymore. Just thought it worth noting as I had to update my environment variable and rebuild the cache.
