qbunt
Hey there! Thought I'd share my clean translucent theme 'Smoked', just posted on Github for download. Hope you enjoy! To enable the blurred background, run this in the terminal: defaults write com.runningwithcrayons.Alfred-2 experimentalBlur -float 3.0 Download Smoked Here Edited September 17, 2013 by qbunt drking
bitsandnumbers
Very nice, but the blur does not work when applied through command line. Did restart Alfred 2 with same result...
Tyler Eich
Very nice, but the blur does not work when applied through command line. Did restart Alfred 2 with same result... Unfortunately, the blur hack doesn't work on OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) Reference: http://www.alfredforum.com/topic/289-cheeky-little-transparency-blur-hack-in-b78-now-available/?fromsearch=1 (last bullet point)
dserodio
The link you posted now says it works in "OS X 10.9 Mavericks from Alfred 2.3 onwards", but the property value is an int from 0 to 15 instead of a float from 0.0 to 5.0. It's working with Alfred 2.3 and OS X 10.9.3 for me.
