Add to Buffer from Finder

I can select multiple files from Finder and Action them directly, but Is there a way to add files from Finder to the buffer instead? This would be handy to Action multiple files from separate folders without using a mouse.

Yes. Preferences → Features → File Search → Actions; the File Selection shortcut (at the bottom) is the one you’ll use.

That brings up the action panel, but how do I add the selected file to the buffer?

Apologies. I’ve answered that question so many times, I missed your goal was to action multiples files from different directories. You can’t, but that feature might have been requested before. You should check for it here, and add it if it isn’t there.
