Alfred keeps asking for Contacts access permission every time it starts

As the title says, every time I start my computer or Alfred, it keeps asking for accessing to Contacts:

 

AFAIK, this box should only pop up the first time Alfred starts. Can anyone figure out what happened?

@thinhpham Please make sure you download and install Alfred from https://www.alfredapp.com and not from a third party source.
