Possible to cache workflow search result to static to improve speed?

I use the workflow "Alfred Maestro" a lot and the macro in Keyboard Maestro doesn't change that often. I am wondering if I can cache the search results to improve the speed. Because sometimes when I type too fast to trigger the workflow lag a tiny bit and trigger the wrong macro. Thanks

Yes, you can cache results; a lot of Workflows do it. That said, it has to be done by the Workflow itself, so you need to ask the author. There isn’t a checkbox you can toggle to cache results.
