"Eject All" tries to eject Macintosh HD and Recovery VM

When using the "Eject All" option to eject USB attached drives Alfred seems to try and eject also the Macintosh HD and recovery partition.

 

They do not show up in the dropdown of attached USB or Disk Image drives but does prompt me that they can't be ejected as they are open by other processes.

@thebruge I can't reproduce this behaviour in Alfred 4 (latest version), on a clean install of macOS Catalina.

 

What version of Alfred and Catalina are you using, and what do you have listed in Alfred's Features > System > Blacklist preferences?

I just noticed the same behavior. Catalina 10.15.1, Alfred 4.0.6.

 

Features -> System -> Blacklist shows the following three entries:

 

Macintosh HD

MobileBackups

com.apple.TimeMachine*

[And]

I often see the same behaviour both in Mojave and Catalina it is actually related to TimeMachine. In my case they do show in the eject menu, and "Eject All' gives corresponding errors

 

Alfred 4.0.6 (1124)

 

Features -> System -> Blacklist:

 

Macintosh HD

MobileBackups

com.apple.TimeMachine*

 

Did reset there, didn't help

I have Time Machine turned off, always had, so it would surprise me if it had anything to do with TM. Plus I never saw the same behaviour before in Mojave. These might be two different cases with the same apparent result.

Have you tried adding the volume names to the blacklist?

I have this same problem. macOS 10.15.7 Alfred 4.1.1
