Show all items in a list

I am using a List Filter for a Workflow and I was curious if there was a way to present all of the options to a user at once? So if there are five items it shows all five and then they can select one.

 

Or will I need to create a JSON file and use the Script Filter?

Do you mean as in this workflow? (Not by any means an outstanding workflow but mentioned only because that's how I used List Filters in the workflow.)

@Stephen_C's workflow will provide a good example but if i understand what might be happening, I think you just need to set your keyword (if it has one) to no argument. and it should display all items when triggered.  @vitor's KeyCodes workflow is a good example of a list filter that packs in lots of items and functions the way you are looking for
