gingerbeardman
I often use Alfred to open my project folders in my Editor. This involves: summon Alfred type text to match project folder press right cursor choose Open With... type text to match Editor press enter Is there an easier way for me to do this? I assume a workflow of some sort? Ideally I'd like to be able to have sub-folders of my Projects folder automatically open in my Editor of choice. Any thoughts or help appreciated! Stephen_C
The way I'd do it is to create a list filter listing your relevant project folders (and you could precede the list filter with a hotkey if you wanted) and link the list filter to the Open File action (which should open in the default application the relevant folder you select, I believe). Your suggestion is exactly what I was thinking too. Link to comment
gingerbeardman
Late reply, but I just asked this question again and then remembered I had asked it before... I just set up a File Filter with a single character keyword and scoped to my Projects folder. We'll see how I get on with it. Link to comment
