Launch Alfred at login : checkbox is emptied when rebooting your Mac device

Although I checked the 'Launch Alfred at login' checkbox, everytime I reboot my Macbook, then Alfred is not launched at start-up and this checkbox is emptied automatically.

So I need to launch Alfred manually each time, which is annoying. 

 

Alfred version: 5.1.4 (2195)

Mac OS: Sonoma 14.2.1

Device: MacBook PRO 14" M2 Max

 

I can reproduce this easily.

 

So make sure this checkbox is 'saved'

Welcome to the forum.

 

I do not think there is a bug in Alfred. I am running the exact same versions as you and have no problem at all with Alfred launching on login.

 

• Check this thread about the same issue and ensure you are not suffering from the same problem.
• Where are you storing your Alfred preferences?

Hi Stephen,

 

Sorry I forgot to read the 'Closed BUG items'.

Your advice to check the related thread solved the issue.

I had Alfred 4 in my login items that was the reason.
