smirky
Is there currently a way to use a link to an icon (say, "http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/34/71168880.png") as the Icon arg for an Alfred XML feedback item? I know that I can download the image temporarily and use it, but it would pretty nice to not have to do that all the time. Especially when querying a web service API that provides the direct links in its returned XML. Long shot question but worth asking, I hope. Link to comment

I'm not sure if Andrew has plans to add this in the future or not. He's definitely aware of the developers desire for it though. Link to comment
smirky
Thought that was the answer, since I hadn't seen anyone do it differently. Thanks for giving me an 'official' answer, though. Link to comment
mikeswimm
I'd just like to voice my opinion in favor of being able to directly link to an image as well. I have a API reading workflow nearly done. It was nearly instantaneous until I had to deal with saving resource icons locally. Not it's a lot slower than I'd like. Link to comment
Andrew
I'm aware how useful this will be and it's definitely on my list Tyler Eich 1 Link to comment
