Fix links to David's demos and plugins

David likes to host files on his droplr account, which doesn't appear to be permanent storage.
 
As a result, the links to things like the demo workflows from his pinned Script Filters thread and the Outlook plugin are pushing up the daisies :(

It'd be very helpful to users if the demos, and especially the plugin, were properly hosted somewhere where they won't disappear.

That's a very valid point - I've contacted David so that he either pops them on a more permanent location, or sends them to me and I'll update the links for these workflows and examples.

 

Hopefully I'll be able to update these in the next few days :)
