vitor
Welcome @liujl, A few tips regarding the obfuscation in your screenshots:None of those have any identifiable information. There’s no point in obfuscating things that are the same for everyone, such as the names of “Microphone”, “Accessibility”, and “Full Disk Access”. The amount of pixelisation you used is not enough to be useful. The Bartender and Dash icons are still recognisable, particularly in a community such as this one where people care about such tools. The ID in the name of the Workflow directory is random; it contains no identifiable information. Never use pixelisation if you care about obfuscation. There are tools that can deduce the original contents with surprising accuracy. As to your problem, that seems like a permissions issue. Right click the Workflow’s name in the list and “Open in Finder”. Can you delete the directory? Does the action ask for a password? Link to comment

Vero
@liujl Alfred makes standard API call to move an item to the trash, and when this doesn't work, it's an indication that there's an underlying problem in macOS. - Have you configured your Mac in any non-standard way (e.g. moved your home folder to an external drive)? - Have you changed your user account (e.g. change username)? - Have you ever done a non-Apple restore of your user account? Any of the above could cause a deeper issue, resulting in the API call failing when Alfred asks macOS to move the file to trash. Cheers, Vero Link to comment

Because of the permission of the .Trash Execute the command sudo rm -rf .Trash Link to comment
