Rcarra
I recently updated my mac to Catalina 10.15.5 (latest version) and from that moment Alfred does not show the new installed applications, for this reason I cleaned the cache and metadata, now Alfred does not show any applications except for the system ones, but Spotlight shows the applications without problems. Andrew
@Rcarra Make sure you have Alfred 4 installed directly from our website. You may be using Alfred version 1 from the app store?

Andrew
@Rcarra Open Alfred's Preferences to the Help tab, select Troubleshooting, then Run Troubleshooting (for the File Search Troubleshooting). Drag in one of the files which can't be found and this should diagnose why that file can't be found.

Rcarra
@deanishe I ran what you mention in the terminal but did not make any changes.
