Spectacle.app: workflow editor pulldown is arranged instead of window itself

I use Spectacle to arrange my windows.

 

I hit ⌘⌥⌃↑ (my hotkey for maximizing the window) while the Workflow editor's pulldown menu was open. The pulldown was resized, detached from the window.

I'd be surprised if this is an Alfred bug. Do you get using spectacle this with other apps which use slide down sheets? (Sheets are really just windows in cocoa, but attached to other windows).
