Florian
Hey guys, as posts multiply on this forum, I have noticed that it is harder and harder to find specific workflows. So here's a little page with my most downloaded workflows. Some of them are specifically suited for my personal needs but I believe they are overall useful. http://florianpellet.com/alfred/ (this link doesn't bring you to the most up to date workflows. for that, please refer to my signature on this forum, to my github page or head straight for packal). I welcome any suggestion, request, idea... Edited October 22, 2014 by Florian GamerChase, Teodin, twinpeaks and 1 other 4 Link to comment
Carlos-Sz
Nice collection Florian. I see we took different approaches regarding search Evernote. Nice! Link to comment
GamerChase
HUGE fan of the Piratebay workflow (use it every day - thank you!!), but I'm wondering if it's seen any updates since the developers removed it from the forum? Link to comment
Florian
Nice collection Florian. I see we took different approaches regarding search Evernote. Nice! Thanks. I was actually planning on going over your search and see which I like better. Mine doesn't require evernote to be open and is faster but yours is better integrated. HUGE fan of the Piratebay workflow (use it every day - thank you!!), but I'm wondering if it's seen any updates since the developers removed it from the forum? Thanks! I think it has. And I think it needs some more updates (but it's surprisingly fast so I don't want to clutter it). Look at my PreDB workflow, i think I want my piratebay workflow to be as easy to use as this one. phallstrom
Are there plans for an official workflow directory? And/or official update mechanism? Link to comment
Florian
Yes there are. Not by me though. Here is the latest unofficial project (unofficial means more complete but less secure) http://www.alfredforum.com/topic/829-apm-alfred-package-manager-need-testers/#entry4020 An official repo is being considered by the team i believe. ChrisHumphreys
Florian I am in the UK so need to convert $ to £ a lot how do i do that with your convert workflow? Link to comment
Florian
So you open the workflow and everywhere you see EUR you replace with BPS (or whatever the code is for £) and replace € with £. You should do that in both script filters if you want it to convert both ways. Link to comment

Florian
You have all the categories available to chose from (when your query is only a space). Link to comment
69wpm
Love the Piratebay workflow. Is it possible to add one more info to it, when the torrent has been uploaded? For example: "today", "y-day", "2 days ago" and so on.. Link to comment
kopischke
Big fan of your workflows here, too. I’ve used your PushDialer one as a kickoff for my first foray into workflow creation – you might want to have a look, it is a bit more extensive than yours : http://www.alfredforum.com/topic/1680-dial-with-pushdialer-workflow/ Link to comment
Florian
Hey guys, I'm back. First of all with a new update to the piratebay workflow. It'll now keep working even when they change their hosting, even if your country blocks piratebay, and still has the same functionalities as before. I'm now using an external API from APIfy. Because it's new to me, I still don't know what can go wrong with it. It works like a charm with me but tell me if you encounter anything I've also added a TasteKid workflow for those of you who might be interested. Cheers, F. Link to comment
Broeiend
Hey Florian, I am interested in the Evernote workflow you created. I'm new to Alfred so don't really know all the possibilitys. Could you give me some examples of how I can use your Evernote workflow? Link to comment
Florian
My evernote workflow is really not good it was at the time I made it but now there is one so much better. Look for it in the forum. The author is Carlos Sz. Link to comment
kiendien
hey florian, I have trouble using your Transmission workflow. I set the Hotkey for the workflow. When I use the hotkey, Alfred will come up in which the window would flash "Transmission Summary" really quick, but that would disappear leaving just the Alfred "box". Afterwards, I would try and type the keywords such as "transfers" and "pause all", but nothing would happen. Could you please explain what is happening? Thanks! Link to comment
Florian
Hey guys, the piratebay workflow will stop working soon because it relies on an API that is closing down. I suggest you head over to the new one I made on this forum, packal or github. It's better and faster anyway Link to comment
Florian
I've added this as an issue on the github. It should get done in the next few days, either by me or someone else. In the mean time, here's a beta workflow that might interest some of you: https://github.com/Sheraff/tvshows-alfred-workflow Link to comment
Florian
Hi Florian, I have a request for an extention on you PirateBay workflow (that is often used btw!). It would be rather great if I had the option to see the top downloaded files within a category. So the results from a page like this: http://thepiratebay.se/browse/207/0/7/0 Thats browse torrents > choose category > sort on most seeders My previous piratebay alfred workflow could do this but it stopped working, hence the switch to your workflow. Thanks in advance! I've added your request. But I'm using the integrated "top" functionality from piratebay instead (like this: http://thepiratebay.se/top/207). Is this not ideal? Would it be better to have the "browse sorted by seeds" instead? Link to comment
manybothans
Hey Florian, Love your work. Any plans of updating Piratebay to use the the IsoHunt OldPirateBay.org clone now that TPB is down? Link to comment
Florian
It's in the todo-list but quite far down. These days I like my tv shows workflow more manybothans 1 Link to comment
