  1. I tried that but get the following: Building native extensions. This could take a while... ERROR: Error installing nokogiri: ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension. /System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/1.8/usr/bin/ruby extconf.rb mkmf.rb can't find header files for ruby at /System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/1.8/usr/lib/ruby/ruby.h Gem files will remain installed in /Library/Ruby/Gems/1.8/gems/nokogiri-1.5.6 for inspection. Results logged to /Library/Ruby/Gems/1.8/gems/nokogiri-1.5.6/ext/nokogiri/gem_make.out I'll look forward to that.
  2. Yes, I'd also prefer an option to do a 'fuzzy search' by default. I'm not a Terminal user and even though I've heard of adding the asterisk before I never remember to use it ( I also came over from using LaunchBar and prefer how it searched in folders that you'd navigated into).
  3. Sorry for going off topic here, but I don't think you have a topic for the currency converter I modded your currency converter workflow to convert to and from £GBP, and also added 2 more script filter entries. So If I type in 1500 the results below look like this In the workflow I ordered it to be (ordering from top to bottom in the workflow): $USD to £GBP €EUR to £GBP £GBP to $USD £GBP to €EUR But as you can see it doesn't keep that order when showing the results. Do you know if it should show the results in the order I arrange it in the workflow? Or is there something else I should do to make sure the results are in the correct order?
  4. That does work, but you have to do this before navigating into the other folder(s). Most of the time I don't plan to go backwards, so won't have done this. I'm wanting a way of going back where you don't have to perform a specific action first.
  5. Yea, a few things are missing at the moment that are in v1. Hopefully they'll be added in the future. Very nice, thanks.
  6. Yea, for consistency I'd like that option too.
  7. Something similar is already in Alfred (v1) but not in the v2 beta yet. In v1 if you type Finder (or narrow it down to just the letter F) then tab and select 'Recent Documents' it shows the folders you've accessed recently. Hopefully it will make it back into Alfred 2.
  8. Yes, that's definitely helped as I'm now seeing search results. But it's not returning all bookmarks if I do a search for a word I know is in the title, description or tags for a lot of my bookmarks. I see results for some of my tags, but not all of them though.
  9. At the moment it's not working for me. I entered my Pinboard API key which seemed fine, but nothing appears when I type a search. I have over 4,000 bookmarks though, so not sure if that could choke it or it's just taking a long to to download/import the bookmarks.
  10. Being able to navigate into aliases and symlinks is really handy, but sometimes I find myself wanting to navigate back. Is that currently possible? If I navigate from the Desktop into an alias (on the Desktop) which is (for example call Car Receipts and actually located at ~/Documents/Receipts/2012/Car Receipts) Alfred will show the full path of ~/Documents/Receipts/2012/Car Receipts. If I hit the left arrow or Backspace it will go back 1 level (from Car Receipts to 2012, then to Receipts etc.) But is there any way to navigate back from the Car Receipts alias to the Desktop folder? If not please consider adding the ability to do this.
  11. Great workflow, thanks. One thing that wouldn't work for me was adding PM to the time, it just adds it as AM. For example rem 'Task name' @ 11:51 PM I tried it with a space and without a space after the time (11:51PM and 11:51 PM). Also, it would be nice if I could write 'tomorrow' (e.g. rem 'Task name' @ tomorrow 11:51 PM)
  12. I like the idea of using the up arrow to access past searches, but still find myself missing the last search being there automatically when I re-activate Alfred. I hope the option to show it makes it's way back into the app before the app is finalised.
  13. Yea, it would be good to show them as kind of fallback searches before you typed in your own search.
