  1. There are similar workflows without auto-discovery available, you might wanna try these.
  2. Glad to hear that. I'm using it frequently, means you can count on an update if this should break in the future. Regarding your question: Enabling SMB in "System Preferences > Sharing > File Sharing > Options..." could potentially solve this problem. Please let me know if this works for you.
  3. Unfortunately this is not possible with this workflow. I remember that there's one which uses bookmarks instead of discovery.
  4. This is a bug in Spotify.app which should be fixed in an upcoming release. See here: https://github.com/pstadler/alfred-play/issues/1
  5. That's odd, this workflow isn't supposed to handle recent items. To summarize, you see a list of hosts after typing vnc in Alfred but then it fails once you want to connect to a host, is that right? For me it still works, which makes it hard to debug. Can you give me more details, e.g. what are the exact names of the computers you try to connect to?
  6. I just pushed a new version. Changes: - ~/.bash_profile and ~/.profile are now sourced if available (thanks andi-w00t) - cask.sh is now executed without spawning a subshell.
  7. No worries, I'm not insulted and I agree with you. As a contributor to the homebrew-cask project and the guy who wrote the brew-cask plugin bundled with oh-my-zsh, I hope you keep up the good work! There's definitely potential in this project. Are there any plans regarding a GUI app for the non-devs out there?
  8. I didn't expect a code review here. Feedback appreciated, but as I don't have time to refactor it, feel free to open a pull request.
  9. This workflow has been updated to fix problems with recent versions of homebrew-cask.
  10. @altryne The progress window is neat!
  11. Solution was to add /usr/local/bin to the $PATH within the script. no need to source .bashrc anymore. Thanks, Patrick
  12. The problem is fixed. Please reinstall the workflow by using the download link in the first post.
  13. Interesting, can you somehow verify if this is a permission issue?
  14. Thanks for the feedback. MacVim works for me. Try installing it from the command line to see what fails.
  15. I wrote a workflow to connect to network shares with automatic network discovery. This might helps you :-) http://www.alfredforum.com/topic/1248-mount-network-shares-with-automatic-discovery/
  16. A simple workflow for managing casks. Download — stable version. The source code is available here: https://github.com/pstadler/alfred-cask
  17. I appreciate your feedback. As I'm in a more complex environment I found the new version works best for me.
  18. Previous version: https://github.com/pstadler/alfred-screensharing/raw/cbd2a017eb9c366f287993a0bdeab725c96fc2a7/Screen%20Sharing.alfredworkflow Please keep in mind that under Mavericks network discovery is slightly delayed. Chances are high that this version doesn't detect all your screen sharing enabled machines. The latest version which works well with Mavericks is linked on the first page.
  19. Please update to the latest version and let me know if it works for you. Use the download link from the first page.
  20. I think this is a timing issue. I will let you know when a fix is ready.
