I know this is by no means a brand new workflow, but I've started using it more regularly recently - in particular the file action aspect of it - and I LOVE this workflow. I've got my own API key as I use it fairly heavily, but it's such a huge time-saver. Thanks for creating it
 
It's worth mentioning, I've added .jpg to the relevant file types for the file action, as tinypng.com now accepts jpgs as well.

Could you please take a look at the steps here to make sure that your clipboard is checked to persist (this is disabled by default)?

Apologies for the slow reply - Posts in the bugs forum can sometimes take a bit of time to get a response as we need to investigate the issues or check their status in our system.
 
Due to the fact that there so many different ways to format phone numbers based on numerous different standards across the world, our view for version 2 was that Alfred would use the format provided to him by OS X, leaving the logic to your system settings and OS X itself. This allows users to use their respective country's formatting, or an alternative formatting of their choice.
  However, a few OS X updates ago, bugs were introduced to the Contacts API, resulting in the phone numbers being passed wrongly formatted (or not formatted at all).   In the light of this, we have a ticket to improve this in a future major version of Alfred, so that Alfred doesn't rely on OS X. In the meantime, you can manually enter the contact details in Contacts using the format you want, and this will be fed through by OS X.   Cheers, Vero

Keep in mind Alfred doesn't automatically reload the iTunes XML every time you launch; It does so on Alfred version updates and when you launch the Mini Player and press Cmd + R. Next time you add music to iTunes, try just doing Cmd + R in the Mini Player to get Alfred to reload your music collection

Could you please try renaming your folder, leaving it a moment, then renaming it to its original name? If it isn't turning up in search results, there may be some metadata missing for it and renaming it will force OS X to reindex it.

David's suggested one possible way to do this, but if you're not comfortable with AppleScript, you can also create a one-item very simple workflow for this. It requires hitting two keys before you can start typing.
 
Create a new workflow and add a single Hotkey trigger. Set the hotkey to what you like, set the action to "Show Alfred" and the argument to "Text" with the text "email Latency" (or more likely your real name, as you have it in your Contacts app).
 
When you press the hotkey, Alfred will pop up with "email Latency" pre-filled in, so you can hit return and start typing your email.

I'm just chiming in to +1 the recommendation for the Spotify Mini Player workflow that Andrew mentioned. It's incredibly well polished and amazing. Vdesabou did an amazing job with it and keeps actively developing it.

The workflow contains four keywords, each connected to a page; "needles", "hooks", "crochet" (for UK-US terminology) and "yarn" (yarn weight chart from Ravelry) Change any of the keywords if you've got other more memorable ones.
 
In the future, if you have any of other frequently used pages (e.g. cast-ons, bind-offs, etc) just add them to the same page by adding a keyword object connected to an Open URL object.

Could you also confirm you're using the OS X built-in unzipping tool and not a third-party unzipper?

If you've updated to 1Password 5, you'll need to download Alfred v2.5.1, which you can get by going to Alfred's Updated preferences, choosing "Pre-releases" from the bottom dropdown and updating. This pre-release provides support for 1Password 5.
  You can then return to the regular updates if you're not interested in future pre-releases   The "Advanced" option where you need to activate the 3rd party integration is in 1Password's preferences, not Alfred's.   You'll find the step-by-step guide here: http://support.alfredapp.com/features:1password
